Canadian manufacturer to open plant in Greenville, hire 50
By Olivia Barrow

A Canadian manufacturing company will bring a vacant building in Greenville back online and create 50 new jobs.

Precision Fab Inc., based in Ontario, is expanding its operations into the 87,000-square-foot facility at 5963 Jaysville-St. Johns Road. Tim Echemann, with Industrial Property Brokers in Sidney, brokered the deal on the building, which was formerly known as the Cadillac Gage building.

The former Cadillac Gage building provided PFI with a heavy amount of amenities,” Echemann said. “This building gives them three 5-ton cranes, heavy power, air make-up systems and many more features, while also being located in a very vibrant community.”

The company, which builds automotive part tracks used to ship car parts from suppliers to assembly lines, expects to grow significantly in Greenville this year, and will initially hire 50 employees.
