Mercer
drug bust results in arrest of six
Celina,
Ohio – Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey announced the indictment and
Arrests of 5 persons. All of the charges are a result of an
investigation by the Grand Lake Task Force. The Task Force is a
combined effort of law enforcement agencies in Mercer and Auglaize
Counties. The Celina Police Department assisted with these
apprehensions.
ARRESTED:
Dennis
W. Clutter, Age 54, Care of the Mercer County Adult Detention
Facility. 1 Count Possession of Heroin, A Felony of the 4th degree.
William
R. Culver Jr, Age 49, Care of the Mercer County Adult Detention
Facility. 1 Count Possession of Heroin, A Felony of the 4th degree.
Savannah
K. Thees, Age 26, 222 Washington Street Celina, Ohio. 1 Count
Trafficking in Heroin, A Felony of the 5th degree.
Quinn
F. Staugler, Age 24, 1035 Westbank Road Apt C Celina, Ohio. 3 Counts
Trafficking in Marijuana, Felonies of the 5th Degree.
Marcus
P. Koester, Age 25, Farm view Estates 800 Touvelle Apt 1 Celina,
Ohio. 3 Counts Trafficking in Marijuana, Felonies of the 5th Degree.
Deputies
are currently seeking four other individuals.
Deputies
applied for and were granted a search warrant for the residence Quinn
Staugler, 1035 Westbank Road Apt. C. Deputies recovered suspected
marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and $715.00 in cash.
Deputies
also applied for and were granted a search warrant for the residence
of Marcus Koester, Farm View Estates 800 Touvelle Apt. 1. Deputies
recovered suspected marijuana, drug paraphernalia, pills, suspected
heroin, and total of $986.oo in cash. In addition to the drugs,
cash, and drug paraphernalia, deputies recovered firearms, which
include 5 long guns, a triple barrel shotgun, two hand guns, and an
upper for an AR rifle.
Also
on June 25 Jeff Grey reports an additional individual was arrested on
a drug indictment. Joshua T. James, last known address was 637
Hierholzer Street in Celina was arrested and taken into custody on
Wednesday evening by the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office. The
indictment was for 1 Count of Aggravated Trafficking
(Methylphenidate, a Schedule II drug), a Felony of the 4th Degree.
Deputies
are still looking for three other individuals.
