Wind damages tree at junior high

GREENVILLE – On March 15 Greenville City School District maintenance personnel were doing initial cleanup for a tree damaged the previous evening at the junior high school. According to Greenville Supt. Doug Fries the damage occurred about 6 p.m. due to heavy winds. There was no damage to the junior high school. He indicated the District will probably hire someone to take out the rest of the tree at a later date.
