Suspect
assaults former girlfriend; youth drug offenses
On March 6 police were dispatched to a residence by the victim who said she had been
assaulted by former boyfriend Justin Dispennette. The victim said
Dispennette had knocked on her bedroom window and insisted she let him
in or he would damage her vehicle and break windows of her residence.
She went to the front door to check on her vehicle; Dispennette
reportedly pushed her back into her residence. She told him not to come
in but he entered without permission. He called her names then grabbed
her wrist, bent her fingers, causing pain and spit on her. He also
knocked over a table and damaged some items. Dispennette left after the
victim said she was calling 9-1-1, and caused damage to her vehicle.

incorrectly believe she is pregnant by another former boyfriend, and is
mad because he still wants to be “with her.” Dispennette has an active

charge; this incident will be forwarded to the Prosecutor’s office for
