Greenville water meter replacement nearing completion

The City of Greenville Water Meter Replacement Project is nearing completion. The contractor responsible for meter installation, Vangaurd, is currently working in all sections of the City of Greenville. If you have not scheduled an appointment please do so IMMEDIATELY. Vanguard is making door to door install attempts. If you are available when Vanguard comes to your residence, please provide them access or arrange a time in the near future to install your meter. After three attempts with no customer response, Vanguard will turn over the non-responsive accounts to the City. Once this happens, the City will send a letter which is the final attempt to contact the customer. The customer will have 5 business days from the date of the letter to arrange an appointment. If no appointment has been arranged, the customer’s water service will be subject to disconnection. To schedule an appointment please contact Vanguard at 937-621-1080.
