Vandalia Man
Arrested for Trafficking and Possession of Drugs
February 19, 2015
On February 19, 2015, the Darke County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit,
along with Greenville Police Department, conducted a drug operation in
the 800 Block of Martin Street in Greenville, Ohio. The Darke County
Sheriff’s Special Response Team took Sean T. Marcum (21) of Vandalia
into custody without incident. This stems from an ongoing
investigation on Marcum for trafficking LSD and the street drug Molly
(MDMA). Drug paraphernalia and other items indicative of
trafficking drugs were found on Marcum, and within his vehicle.
Sheriff Toby L. Spencer takes a strong stand against the use of illegal
drugs and drug trafficking in our community. One of the most
effective weapons against crime is the information received from
concerned citizens who observe and report illegal activities in their
