upheaval is great for this entrepreneur

The UpTake: Tony Friscia sees himself more as a data man, a researcher
with a penchant for connecting the dots in a way that helps clients
help themselves. And right now colleges need help. Lots of it, in fact.
Tony Friscia is not an academic, nor does he present himself as an
expert when it comes to running a college.
On the surface, that would seem to bode ill for his prospects in
positioning his company, Eduventures Inc., as a source for what ails
the higher-education sector. But it doesn't. Rather, a pair of fresh
eyes might be just what the industry needs as it enters yet another
year of tumult.
"We have a huge opportunity because higher-ed is in enormous
transition. In my mind it's on the edge of a major transformation,"
Friscia said.
