Mercer arrests,
two incidents: assault, drugs and attempted rape
Celina, OH - Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey reports the arrest
of Krischen Blake Luna, 18, 6716 Brookside Drive, Celina for assault
and possession of drugs. On Sunday, July 5, 2015 at 7:39 PM the
Sheriff’s Office received a call of an assault at the suspect’s address.
When deputies arrived and began the investigation they learned that
Luna had been in an altercation and had assaulted his 17 year old
girlfriend. The argument started over another subject dropping
off heroin to Luna. The argument turned physical and the 17 year
old sustained minor injuries.
During the investigation, deputies developed information that drugs
could be located in the residence. Deputies applied for and were
granted a search warrant. During the search, over 290 capsules
containing suspected heroin residue were found, 3 doses of suspected
LSD, and miscellaneous other drug instruments and paraphernalia.
Celina Police Department and K9 Ted assisted with the search.
Luna is being held in the Mercer County Adult Detention Facility on a
bond set at $100,000, subject to 10%, by Celina Municipal Court Judge
James Scheer.
In an unrelated incident, Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey reports that
deputies are investigating an attempted rape of a 20 year old adult
female that was reported on July 4 at 11:01 AM. The incident
occurred at a rural Fort Recovery Farm.
Detectives from the Sheriff’s Office arrested Sebastian Saro Sanchez,
age 39, 102 E. Main Street, St. Henry for attempted rape, a felony of
the third degree. No other details are being released as
detectives continue to investigate.
Bond was set by Celina Municipal Court Judge James Scheer at $750,000,
subject to 10% or $75,000.
