Mercer HIT arrest
Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey, Celina Police Chief Tom Wale, and
Coldwater Police Chief Jason Miller report the Heroin Interdiction Team
(HIT) made an arrest of 31 year old Jennifer Hoelscher, of 1320
West Market Street, Celina, Ohio.
On June 23, 2015 at approximately 1:30 PM officers working HIT
observed Hoelscher walking in the 400 block of West Warren Street
in Celina. Officers made contact with her at 413 West Warren Street
where she was arrested on an outstanding warrant that had been issued
to Celina PD for receiving stolen property.
Hoelscher was found to have in her possession 8 syringes, and 4
capsules of suspected Fentanyl. Hoelscher was transported to the
Mercer County Adult Detention Facility and is currently being held on
bond.
HIT is a collaborate effort between the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office
, Celina Police Department, and Coldwater Police Department, aimed to
combat the drug problems in Mercer County.
