Greenville Police Department
Suspect at Large
On
Wednesday, October 28, 2015 at approximately 5:25 p.m. Family Dollar,
300 Martin Street in Greenville was robbed at gunpoint. The suspect
demanded cash from the clerk. The clerk and another employee opened the
cash drawer and the suspect took the money. The suspect then fled the
scene towards Green Street. The suspect was described as wearing a grey
hooded sweatshirt, jeans and a Reds sockhat. Responding officers
located the grey sweatshirt in a Rumpke bin near the scene.
Shane Rayburn, age 24, from Greenville, Ohio is being sought as a
person of interest. Rayburn currently has warrants from Darke and
Preble County. Darke County has a misdemeanor warrant for Trespassing
and Preble County has a felony warrant for Vehicle Theft.

This case is currently being investigated.
