CORN
Newsletter, Beef Letter & Manure Expo
From Sam Custer
OSU Extension Darke County
The Ohio State Fair began this week, and as always, Ohio’s Beef Cattle
industry is well represented. After you have a chance to watch the
cattle shows in the Voinovich, be sure to find the best food on the
fairgrounds at one of the two Ohio Cattlemen’s Association sponsored
food stands. In fact, if you’re at the Fair on Monday, August 1, be
sure to stop into the Taste of Ohio Café and say hello to the OSU
Extension Beef Team who will be serving your beef from 2:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Register today for Next Week’s North American Manure Expo.
