Darke County Sheriff
Injury accident at 2400 block Wildcat Road

On February 19, 2017 at 5:49 PM Darke County Sheriff Deputies along with Union City Rescue, Liberty Township Fire Department and Miami Valley Careflight responded to an injury accident in the 2400 block of Wildcat Rd.
 
Preliminary investigation reveals that a 2005 blue Chrysler Town and Country driven by Nicole Shell (16), of Greenville, was travelling eastbound Wildcat Rd. and travelled off the right side of the road.  The vehicle struck a utility pole and overturned.  Ms. Shell was treated and released at the scene.  A front seat passenger, Michael Shell (14), of Greenville, was transported by Careflight to Dayton Childrens Hospital where his condition is unknown.
 
This accident remains under investigation.
