Two-car collision at North Star Ft Loramie & Fhynard Fink Rd

On June 20, 2017 at 10:53 am Darke County Deputies, along with Ansonia Rescue, Rossburg Fire, Burkettsville Fire, Saint Henry Fire, Saint Henry EMS and CareFlight responded to the intersection of North Star Ft Loramie Rd and Rhynard Fink Rd on an injury accident.

Preliminary investigation revealed a 2001 Dodge Dakota, driven by Joseph Perry (34) of Rossburg, Ohio, was traveling south on Rhynard Fink Rd. The 2001 Dodge Dakota pulled into the path of an eastbound 1990 GMC Sierra driven by Jimmy Green (75) of Union City, Indiana. Mr. Perry was transported to Miami Valley Hospital by CareFlight where he is listed in serious condition. Mr. Green was transported to Mercer Health by Saint Henry EMS where his condition is unknown at this time.

This accident remains under investigation at this time.
