Tri-Village Squads
Take It All at Cheer Competition

GREENVILLE – The Great Darke County Cheer Competition was all about
Tri-Village this year. Six events, six first place wins for the
Vikings. The only events that did not have a first place win for T-V
teams and individuals were events in which the District did not
participate.
Wrapping up the competition, the Tri-Village student body got the
Spirit Award; and the combined Viking teams received the Total Points
Award.
The event was held at Greenville High School due to poor ground
conditions at the Grandstand following an early morning rain on Friday.
The gym was packed with enthusiastic fans; the mat made a safe place
for teams to do some complicated routines with flips, stands and tosses
and more. Participating in one or more events were Arcanum, Darke
County Elite, Greenville, Tri-Village, UC Stateline, Mississinawa
Valley, Franklin Monroe, Covington, Ansonia, Bradford, and Versailles.
