Jeffrey G. Dirksen
Jeffrey G. Dirksen age 40 of Versailles, Ohio, passed away at 1:35 P.M.
on Monday, April 11, 2011 in the E.R. at Miami Valley Hospital in
Dayton. Jeffrey was born February 8, 1971 in Coldwater, Ohio, to Urban
Dirksen of Ft. Recovery, Ohio, and the late Bernice (Timmerman) Dirksen.
In addition to his father, Jeffrey is also survived
by his fiancée, Diana L. Gilmore of Versailles; daughters, Stacy
Dirksen & boyfriend, Dustin Caverlee of Greenville, Tracy Dirksen
of Versailles and Macy Dirksen of Versailles; brothers & sister,
Larry Dirksen & April Leazenby of Ft. Recovery, Mike & Sherry
Dirksen of Union City, Ohio, Dan & Stacie Dirksen of Versailles,
Mark Dirksen & Mary Gazarek of Ft. Recovery, Karen & Abe
Timmerman of Ft. Recovery, and Brian Dirksen of Versailles; and
numerous nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday,
April 15, 2011 at 10:30 A.M. at St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles
with Rev. Fr. David Vincent celebrant. Burial will follow in St.
Valbert Cemetery in Versailles. The family will receive friends on
Thursday from 2:00 to 8:00 P.M. and Friday morning from 9:00 to 10:00
A.M. at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorial
contributions may be made to Darke County Cancer Association.
