William Kyle Conley Horn age 24 passed away unexpectedly at his home in
Brookville on Wednesday August 3, 2011. He was born August 29,
1986 in Dayton, Ohio the son of Teresa (Conley) & John Osterday of
Arcanum and Eddie L. Horn of New Carlisle. He is preceded in
death by his uncle: James Conley.
He is survived by his parents; Son: Jordan
Schwartz; Girlfriend Rachel Schwartz and her daughter kailey Schwartz;
Grandparents: Canus & Gladys Conley of Brookville, Ohio,
Mariah & Bill Burton of Greenville, John & Roberta Horn of Tipp
City, John & Marty Osterday of Kettering; Brothers &
sister: Chase & Evie Osterday, Joshua Horn; & numerous
aunts, uncles & cousins.
Services will be held on Monday August 8, 2011 at
11:00 AM at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor
Todd Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow in Greenville
Township Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends from 6:00
to 9:00 PM Sunday August 7, 2011 at the funeral home.
