Rosella Helen Phlipot
Rosella Helen Phlipot age 93 of Versailles, Ohio, passed away at 12:10
A.M. on Wednesday, March 23, 2011 at Versailles Health Care Center.
Rosella was born March 26, 1917 in Darke County, Ohio, to the late
Felix & Charlotte (Goffena) Mangen.
Rosella retired from Fram in Greenville in 1982
after 29 years of service and she was a homemaker. Rosella was a member
of St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles and was formerly a member of
the Versailles Eagles Ladies Auxiliary.
In addition to her parents, Rosella is also preceded
in death by a brother, Lloyd Mangen; and sisters, Verdice Monnin,
Cecelia Magoto, Bessie M. Phlipot, Geraldine Black and Helen Monnin.
Rosella is survived by her sons &
daughters-in-law, Donald & Jeannine Phlipot of Oakwood, Ohio,
Bernard & Doris Phlipot of Greenville, Ohio, and Richard &
Judith Phlipot of Tampa, Florida; daughters & sons-in-law, Charlene
& Steve Subler of Tampa, Florida, Judith & David Shade of Los
Gatos, California, and Tammy & Mike Kelley of Crystal Lake,
Illinois; 17 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, and 3 great great
grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Rosella was previously
married to the late Joseph Phlipot.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30
A.M. on Monday, March 28, 2011 at St. Denis Catholic Church in
Versailles with Rev. Fr. David Vincent celebrant. Burial will follow in
St. Valbert Cemetery in Versailles. The family will receive friends on
Sunday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. and Monday morning from 9:00 to 10:00
A.M. at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles. Memorial
contributions may be made to Versailles Health Care Center Activities
