Wavalene M. Bromagem
Wavalene M. Bromagem, 87, of Greenville, passed away Friday afternoon,
October 28, 2011 at her residence.
She was born March 23, 1924 in Portland, IN, daughter of the late James
and Ethel (Chew) Eley. In addition to her parents she was preceded in
death by her husband, Walter Bromagem;a daughter, Shirley Ferrante; 6
brothers and 4 sisters.
A homemaker, Wavalene was a member of the Greenville Baptist Temple.
She is survived by her children, Gerald (Shelia) Bromagem, Walter
(Debbie) Bromagem, Sylvia (Ivan) Stryker, Nancy (Junior) Bryant all of
Greenville, Linda (Jim) Knick, and Judy (Ed) Baker both of Arcanum; 22
grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great
grandchildren; and a sister, Nellie McMurray of Celina.
Services will be held at 12 p.m. Tuesday, November 1 at the
Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor Mark Ridgeway
officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 10 a.m. till 12 p.m.
Memorial contributions may be given to either Heartland Hospice or the
American Heart Association.
