Klackner
Ronald “Klick” Klackner, 58, of Greenville, passed away on Saturday,
March 3, 2012 at Heartland of Greenville. He was born in Franklin, Ohio
on February 21, 1954 to the late John and Gladys (Christian) Klackner.
Klick retired after 38 years from UCBC/Workhorse. He was a member of
the United Workers Union Local #494. Klick was also a dedicated member
and officer of the Moose lodge #329 in Greenville. Klick held an
advanced Ham radio operations license and was an avid Harley Davidson
enthusiast and rider. He was also one of the founding members of the
Darke County Custom Motorcycle Club.
Klick is survived by a son, Mathew Klackner of Greenville; a daughter,
Kristina Klackner-Lautzenheiser of Greenville; a step-son, Eric Burns
of New Madison; a step-daughter, Mendi Burns of Greenville; a sister,
Karen Sue Tampbell of Eaton; 13 grandchildren; his best fiend of 47
years, Glen Hardin and many nieces and nephews
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2012
at 12:00 PM at Braund Funeral Home in New Madison with the Rev. Eric
Fee being asked to officiate. Guests will be received from 10 AM - 12
PM also at the funeral home before the service. The family request if
you ride a Harley to ride it to the service, and that memorial
contributions be given to the Greenville Moose Lodge #329.
