Janet L. Wohlrab
Janet L. Wohlrab, age 84 of Greenville, Ohio passed away Wednesday
morning May 8, 2013 at her residence in Greenville. She was born
November 20, 1928 in Syracuse, New York and the daughter of the late
William and Anna (Kuta) Winters.
She was a homemaker and had been employed as a secretary for Marchal & Marchal Law Firm of Greenville.
She was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church of
Greenville and the Rosary Altar Society of the church. She also enjoyed
playing bridge, hiking, camping and had been an avid skier.
In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by
her husband Joseph Wohlrab in 1996; her daughter Catherine E. Wohlrab
in 2011 and six brothers and sisters.
Janet is survived by her son and daughter in law Steve and
Jayne Wohlrab of Sylva, North Carolina. Also two grandsons Spencer and
Colin Wohlrab, a niece Karen and a nephew Ron.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 A.M.
Tuesday May 14, 2013 in the St. Mary’s Catholic Church 233 West Third
Street Greenville, Ohio with Rev. Father John R. White celebrating.
Burial will follow in the St. Mary’s Church Cemetery. The family will
receive friends on Tuesday from 9:00 A.M. until 9:45 A.M. in the Zechar
Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions
be given to the St. Mary’s Catholic Church or the Darke County Humane
Society.
