Christine Z. Charles
Christine Z. Charles, 87 of Greenville, Ohio passed away on Wednesday
October 16, 2013 at 4:30 AM at Heartland of Greenville. She was
born May 21, 1926 in Salt Lick, Kentucky, the daughter of the late
Raymond & Nora (Gregory) Carter.
She retired in 1982 after 30 years of service at Firestone in
Noblesville, Indiana. She was a faithful member of Triumphant
Christian Center in Greenville, Ohio.
She is survived by her “first born” son William O. (Becky) Charles; a
daughter Rita Charles; a brother Bill (Creola) Carter; a sister Harriet
(Don) Thompson; 6 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; & numerous
nieces & nephews. Also a dear sister in the Lord, Carolyn
East.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son Larry
Gene Charles and 3 sisters, Emogene Lewis, Betty Catron, & Pearl
Benbow.
A celebration of Christine’s’ life will be held at Triumphant Christian
Center at a later date. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements are being handled by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home,
Greenville, Ohio.
