Nancy A. Jones
Nancy A. Jones age 68, of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 4:13 P.M. on
Tuesday, October 8, 2013 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Dayton. Nancy
was born January 26, 1945 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Herman
& Pauline (Houscher) Whittaker.
Nancy is survived by her husband, Jack Jones whom she married February
7, 1963; son & daughter-in-law, David & Laura Jones of Peebles;
daughter & son-in-law, Kimberly & Dwight Leeper of Rossburg;
grandchildren, Candice Jones, Brigitte Jones, Elizabeth Jones, Tiffany
Jones, Jessica Jones, Brittany & Korey Harrod, Ashley Leeper and
Katie Leeper; 5 great-grandchildren; brothers & sisters-in-law,
Marion Whittaker of Greenville, Ralph & Faye Whittaker of Arcanum,
Darrel Whittaker of Versailles, Roger & Betty Whittaker of Arcanum
and Robert & Janet Whittaker of Tipp City; sisters &
brother-in-law, Martha Lumpkin of Union City, Indiana, Marceil Hecht of
Greenville and Alta Jean & Gary Unger of Troy; and numerous nieces
and nephews.
Nancy retired from Fram Corporation of Greenville where she was a press
operator. She was a life member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxiliary of
Greenville.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 P.M. at
Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles. Burial will be at the
convenience of the family. Memorial contributions may be made to the
