Edward Lee Miltenberger age 74, of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 9:39
A.M. on Monday, October 21, 2013 at his residence. Edward was born
September 26, 1939 in Darke County, Ohio to the late Dwight & Mary
(Paff) Miltenberger.
Edward is survived by his wife, Cathy (Baker) Miltenberger whom he
married August 20, 1960; son & daughter-in-law, Jeff & Nancy
Miltenberger of Greenville; daughters & sons-in-law, Sherri &
Mike Jones of Greenville and Wenndi & Darrel Bailey of Big Flats,
New York; grandchildren, Jason (Stephanie) Jones, Daniel (Kristin)
Jones, Jeremy (Megan) Bailey, Randy (Nikki) Bailey, Steven (Chelsea)
Jones, Robbie Jones, Melanie Stall, Samuel Jones, Matthew Stall,
Caitlynn Jones, Ceejay Miltenberger, Mikayla Bailey and Lynndee
Miltenberger; 12 great-grandchildren, brother, Deo Miltenberger of
Arcanum; sister & brother-in-law, Eileen & Bill Beaver of
Greenville; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Edward served in the U.S. Army. Edward retired from Neff Lettering and
Treaty City Industries in Greenville. Edward was a member of the
Swinging 8’s.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Thursday, October 24,
2013 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in
Greenmound Cemetery in New Madison with Military graveside services
conducted by the Greenville Veteran’s Honor Guard. The family will
receive friends on Wednesday from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral
home. Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Hospice.
