Daniel Burns
Our sweet Daniel, was taken from us on August 1, 2014 at the age of 22.
He was born on September 24, 1991 to Greg and Julie (Fisher) Burns of
New Madison.
Daniel enjoyed Formula One and Indy Car racing. He also was an avid
gardener. Daniel was pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering and
enjoyed working on and building computers.
Daniel is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Charles
Fisher; paternal grandfather, Clay Burns.
Those left to cherish his memory are his parents; sister, Jessica Burns
of New Madison; brother, Ian Burns of New Madison; paternal grandmother
Virginia D. Burns of New Madison; maternal grandmother, Rita (Fisher)
Walters of Greenville; his aunt, Jill Jones of Denver, CO and her
children, Hunter and Lizzie Jones of Los Angeles, CA; uncle, Jeff and
Stacey Fisher of Cincinnati, and their daughter, Baby Anya ;great
grandmother, Mildred Fisher of Greenville; uncle, Steve and Joyce
Dubbs of New Madison, and their children, Darin and Melissa Dubbs and
family, Brenda Harr and family, and Troy Dubbs and his son; aunt Sandra
and Bill Horn of New Madison and their son Brett Horn; uncle, Gary
Burns(deceased) and his son, Eric Burns.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Thursday, August 7, 2014
at the First Universalist Church, 331 E. Washington St., New Madison at
5:00 PM with Rev. Eric Laux officiating. Family and friends may visit
prior to the service from 3:30 PM – 5:00 PM. Burial will follow
in Oak Grove Cemetery. The family requests memorial contributions
be given to the Daniel D. Burns Memorial Fund, to be donated to some of
Daniel's favorite organizations at a later date. Envelopes will be
available the day of the service.
