Jewell Louise Puterbaugh, 88, of Arcanum, Ohio, passed away December
25, 2014 surrounded by her family.
She was born May 28, 1926 in Covington, Ohio, a daughter of the late
Tracy and Fae (Fourman) McMaken.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband
Edgar Nolan Puterbaugh, whom she married Dec. 11th. 1948; brother, Tom
McMaken, and sister Jeanne Bridges.
Jewell is survived by her children, Jeff (Susan) Puterbaugh of Arcanum,
Eddie (Judy) Puterbaugh of Arcanum, Chris Puterbaugh on Nashville,
Ohio, Steve (Dana) Puterbaugh of New Madison, Ohio and Donna (Pat) King
of Florida; a special niece, Barb Wolfe of Bradford; brother Rich (Pat)
McMaken of Covington, Ohio and Pat Anderson of Bradford, Ohio; Jim
(Polly) McMaken of Covington, Ohio, and numerous grandchildren and step
grandchildren, great grandchildren and step great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Burial
will follow in the Abbottsville, Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the
Hospice of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, Ohio 45420.
