John S. Wisener
John S. Wisener, age 69 of Arcanum, Ohio passed away at 8:08 A.M.
Wednesday June 25, 2014 at his residence. He was born January 17,
1945 in Newark, Ohio and the son of the late George and Lillian
(Johnson) Wisener.
John retired in 2012 from Authorized Service Inc. of Dayton, Ohio.
He was a amateur radio operator with the call sign KA8GYY, a member and
secretary/treasurer of the Treaty City Amateur Radio Club; a member of
the Darke County Aero Modelers Association; a board member and Agility
Instructor with the Greenville Area Dog Club; a past board member of
the Miami Valley Shetland Sheepdog Club and a member of the Dayton Dog
Club.
John is survived by his wife Charlotte (Younce) Wisener of
Arcanum. They were married February 19, 1966. Also
daughters Lisa K. Nandety of Arcanum and Laurie Harris of Florence,
Kentucky. Grandchildren Bayley, Asha, Simon and Mila. Sisters
Barbara Cain of Eaton, Ohio and Judith Lutz of Bellbrook, Ohio.
Also numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held 7:00 P.M. Wednesday July 2, 2014 in the
Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Lowell Miller
officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from
4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers Memorial Contributions may be given to the State of
the Heart Hospice of Darke County.
