Timothy James Sloan
Timothy James Sloan, age 55 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday May
4, 2014 at his residence. He was born December 22, 1958 in
Corning, New York, the son of the late Raymond Francis & Harriett
(Yawger) Sloan. He worked in logistics at BNSF.
He was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church; Eagles, Moose Lodge;
Elks Lodge; & the American Legion.
He is preceded in death by his parents; & brother:
Christopher Michael Sloan.
He is survived by his daughters & son in law: Amy &
Jeremy Pelaston of Greenville; Jessica Sloan & fiancé Herbert
Byerly Jr. of Versailles; brother & sister in law: David
& Pam Sloan of Greenville; sister: Joyce A. Horton of
Corning, New York.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday May 9, 2014 at 11:30 AM
at St. Mary’s Catholic Church 233 West Third Street, Greenville, Ohio
with Rev. Fr. John White Celebrant. Burial will follow in
Greenville Township Memorial Gardens. Family will receive friends
from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday May 8, 2014 and from 10:00 AM to
11:00 AM on Friday at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio.
