Betty L. (Brenner)
Surine
Betty L. (Brenner) Surine, 92, of Mt. Dora, Florida and formerly of
Greenville, passed away November 6, 2014 in Mt. Dora.
She was born June 5, 1922 in Greenville, daughter of the late James and
Ethel (Shilt) Brenner.
Betty had graduated from Greenville High School and received her
Bachelor's Degree from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, OH. Upon
graduation from Heidelberg, she then attended the Kendall Art Institute
in Grand Rapids, MI. Betty was a veteran of the US Coast Guard having
served during WWII.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Chester and Patricia
Brenner of Tavares, FL.
Private services will be held at a later date with burial to take place
in the Greenville Cemetery.
Services have been entrusted with the Oliver-Floyd Funeral Home in
Greenville.
