Connie K. Fields
Connie K. Fields age 62, of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 6:51 P.M.
on Saturday, September 13, 2014 at the State of the Heart Hospice Care
Center in Greenville. Connie was born April 19, 1952 in Randolph
County, Indiana to the late Cecil Everett & Frances Lucille
(Lockhart) Louk.
Connie is survived by her sons, Ernie Byerly & life partner,
Michelle MacKenzie of West Mansfield and Jason & Mandy Swisher of
Greenville; grandchildren, William Swisher, Roman Swisher, Devon
Byerly, Ariel MacKenzie, Michael MacKenzie and David Oda; 4
great-grandchildren; brothers, Pete Louk of Greenville and Tim Louk of
Deerfield, Indiana; sister, Sue Crawford of Union City, Indiana; and
numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Connie was also preceded in death by her
brothers, Danny and Leon Louk.
A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, September 20,
2014 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville. Burial will follow in
the Union City Cemetery in Union City, Indiana. The family will receive
friends on Saturday from 12:00 to 2:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
