Paul E. Shepherd
Paul E. Shepherd, age 65, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on Tuesday,
February 03, 2015 at 2:29 AM at Wayne HealthCare, Greenville,
Ohio. He was born April 4, 1949 in Greenville, Ohio, to the late
Edward & Alasta (Goins) Shepherd.
He is survived by his wife, Cheryl (Paul) Shepherd of Greenville whom
he married on December 19, 1969; sons and daughters in law, William
& Lisa Shepherd of Union City, IN, Kevin & Dawn Shepherd of
Greenville, Andrew Shepherd of Greenville, Nathan & Melissa
Shepherd of Greenville, Adam & Amanda Shepherd of Greenville and
Gerald & Chandra Paul of Greenville; daughters and sons in law,
Angela & Charles Beisner of Greenville, Christina & Jacob
Beckley of Greenville and Debra & David Holland of Texas; 12
grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Paul was retired having worked at the Union City Body Shop and
Workhorse in Union City. He was a member of the United States
Marines service during the Vietnam War and the Greenville Missionary
Church.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his brother,
David Shepherd.
There will be a visitation held on Friday, February 6, 2015 from
10:00-12:00 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville. Graveside
service will follow in the Greenville Cemetery, Greenville, Ohio at
12:30 PM with Pastor Gary Oser officiating. There will be a
military graveside service conducted by the Greenville Veterans honor
Guard.
It is the wishes of the family that in lieu of flowers memorial
contributions be given to the funeral home.
