Thelma K. Livingston
Thelma K. Livingston, age 85 of Greenville, Ohio went to be with her
Lord on Tuesday June 9, 2015 at 10:35 P.M. in the Brethren Retirement
Community of Greenville. Thelma was born September 10, 1929 in
Winchester, Kentucky and the daughter of the late Powell and Allie
(Moore) Owens.
She was a homemaker and had been employed at Eikenberry’s IGA and H
& R Block.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by an Infant
Daughter Diana Livingston in 1951; sister Rose Owens and brother Powell
Owens Jr.
Thelma is survived by her husband Keith H. Livingston of
Greenville. They were married June 21, 1947. Also children
Linda (Rodney) King of New Madison and Terry (Lynn) Livingston of
Greenville; grandchildren Todd (Cathy) Root, Tracy (Kathy) Root, Kelly
(Jamie Hileman) Didier, Joe (Michelle Miller) King, Trenton (BJ
Jankowski) Livingston and Trisha Livingston; great grandchildren Jacob
Didier, Tucker Didier, Chris Root, Austin Root, Ellaina Koontz and
Natliegh Koontz and well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral Services will be held at 2:30 P.M. Saturday June 13, 2015 in
the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Todd Reish
officiating. Burial will follow in the Lisbon Cemetery Union
City, Indiana. The family will receive friends on Friday from
6:00 P.M. until 9:00 P.M. in the funeral home.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to
the Cancer Association of Darke County.
