Catherine Studabaker
Catherine Studabaker, age 84, of Greenville, Ohio, passed away on
Tuesday, November 3, 2015 at 8:24 AM at her residence. She was
born on May 17, 1931 in Darke County, Ohio, to the late Hiram &
Maude (Applegate) Fourman.
She is survived by her husband, John Studabaker of Greenville, Ohio,
whom she married on September 9, 1951; sons and daughters in law, Ben
& Susan Studabaker of Greenville and Dan & Robyn Studabaker of
Greenville; daughter and son in law, Bonnie & Bill Scheidel of
Huber Heights, Ohio; grandchildren, Scott Studabaker, Kristin
Studabaker, Lisa (Jason) Ryan, Jill (Billy) Nold, Greg (Chelsea)
Scheidel, Jeff Studabaker, Jena Studabaker, Kyle (Erika) Studabaker and
Katie (Jordan Lieb) Studabaker; great grandchildren, Jackson Ryan, Luke
Ryan, Mallory Nold and Will Nold; 1 brother; 1 sister; as well as
numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son and
daughter in law, Michael & Cynthia “Cindy” Studabaker; as well as a
few siblings.
Catherine attended Greenville Missionary Church in Greenville and was
an avid Buckeye and Bengals fan. She enjoyed cooking and most of
all spending time with her family. She retired from Ohio
Softwater Company after over 30 years of service.
There will be a service held on Thursday, November 5, 2015 at 1:00 PM
at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio, with Pastor Gary Oser
officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville Township
Memorial Gardens, Greenville, Ohio. Family will receive friends
on Thursday from 11:30 AM until the time of the service.
It is the wishes of the family that memorial contributions be given to
the Darke County Cancer Association or Greenville Township
