Gary L. Brown
Gary L. Brown, 79 Beloved, husband, father and grandfather of New
Madison, Ohio passed away on Tuesday December 20, 2016 at 4:56 PM at
Reid Hospital, Richmond, Indiana. He was born February 2, 1937 in
Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Lee E. & Hazel M. (Campbell) Brown.
He worked at Shellar Globe for 28 years and Witt Plastics/Klockner
Penaplast for 35 years until his death.
He is preceded in death by his parents; brother: Gale E. Brown;
sisters: Joyce (Brown) Noggle, & Nancy D. Brown.
He is survived by his wife: Betty J. (Sharp) Brown ; eight
children: Dianna (Brown) Minnich of Lafollette, Tennessee, Carol
(Gary) Nichols of New Paris, Ohio, Dan Brown of New Madison, Ohio,
Dennis Brown of New Madison, Ohio. Ron (Lisa) Brown of New Madison,
Ohio, Darlene (Ed) Lizak of Fairfield, Ohio, Terri (Brown) Hollar of
New Paris, Ohio, Kelli (James) Holliday of Greenville, Ohio; 22
grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; brother: Cary L. Brown of
New Madison, Ohio.
Services will be held on Friday December 23, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Zechar
Bailey Funeral Home, Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Todd Reish
officiating. Burial will follow in Otterbein Cemetery.
Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to services on Friday at the
funeral home.
