Florence M. (Hoppe) Smith
Florence M. (Hoppe) Smith, 90, of New Madison, Ohio, passed away
peacefully on March 16, 2016. She was born on May 4, 1925
in Minneapolis, Minnesota to the late Josephine (Moosehof) Hoppe.
Florence worked as a laborer for Top Value Stamps as a packer,
In addition to her parents, Florence is preceded in death by her
husband, Pearl Smith; daughter, Sharon Cox; grandsons, Bobby Miller and
Christopher Scott; granddaughter, Angie Miller and a great grandson,
John Robert.
Florence is survived by two daughters, Janice and husband Thorton
Miller and Diane Smith; 11 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and 6
great great grandchildren.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family with
Rev. Eric Fee officiating. Burial will follow in the Miami Valley
Memory Gardens.
The family request in the lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may
be given to State of the Heart Hospice, 3150 North Broadway Greenville,
Ohio 45331
