John B. Falknor
John B. Falknor, 94, of New Madison passed away on Thursday, September
7, 2017 at his residence.
John was born February 14, 1923 in Darke County, Ohio, to the late John
B. and Marie (Eley) Falknor.
In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by his sisters,
Ruthanna Butts and Helen (Petey) Hodgin.
John was a member of the New Madison First United Methodist Church and
was a 1941 graduate from New Madison High School. He was a past member
of the Darke County Farm Bureau.
John is survived by his brother, Jim Falknor of New Madison; nephews,
Kirk (Becky) Falknor of Maumee, Ohio, Chris Falknor of Kettering, Jim
(Shari) Butts of Sidney, Phil (Donna) Butts of Florida, and Bill
(Becky) Hodgin of Lewisburg; nieces, Sheila (Walt) Ketring, Gail
Farmer, and MareneHodgin-Farmer; numerous great nieces and nephews.
A graveside Celebration of Life service will be held at 1:00 PM on
Monday, September 11, 2017 at the Greenmound Cemetery with Pastor Carol
Duffield and Pastor David Richey officiating.

Methodist Church, 149 N. Main Street, New Madison, Ohio 45346.
