Marjorie K. Hughes
Marjorie K. Hughes age 71 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at 10:08 AM
Wednesday December 5, 2018 at the Rest Haven Nursing Home of
Greenville. Marjorie was born November 25, 1947 in Arcanum, Ohio
and the daughter of the late John Harvey and Doris (Vaughn) Elson Gower
and her step-father Harold Elson.
Marjorie was a homemaker and a member of the Ansonia First Church of
God. She was an avid reader and loved spending time with
her family.
In addition to her parents and step father she was preceded in death by
her husband Terry A. Hughes August 22, 2007. They were married
June 3, 1967. Also an infant son Ronald Hughes.
Marjorie is survived by her children Jason (Amy) Hughes and Doug
(Julie) Hughes of Greenville; grandchildren Jenna Hughes, Seth Hughes,
Meghan McGlothin and Andrew Frazier; great grandchildren Ben McGlothin,
Addie McGlothin and Ian McGlothin; sister Carol (Bob) Fasnacht of
Greenville; step brother Jim (Donna) Elson of Greenville as well
as numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday December 11, 2018 in
the Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio with Pastor Derek
Specht officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenville
Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 PM
until 8:00 PM in the funeral home.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to
the Ansonia First Church of God.
