John-Anna Kathryn
(Griffin) Beam
John-Anna Kathryn (Griffin) Beam, 39, of Union City, Ohio passed away
on Monday, January 8, 2018 in Union City, Ohio.
She was born on August 7, 1978 and is survived by her mother, Diane
(Ashley) Griffin of Greenville, Ohio; her father and his wife, David
and Marilyn Griffin of Piqua; and her biological father, John Bingham
of Muncie, Indiana.
John-Anna was many things: a wife, a mother, a daughter and a sister.
Such titles seem inadequate to describe the person she was to us. She
was the most giving person you would have ever met. She was always
helping others, and was only a phone call away if you needed her.
John-Anna loved to cook and was great at it. She also enjoyed searching
thrift stores for deals and treasures. She was a devoted mother and
loved her children dearly! She would do anything for them, and loved
the time she shared with them. She was a devoted and loving wife. There
will not be a day that goes by where she is not remembered and missed.
John-Anna is survived by her husband of 17 years, Ronald Beam, whom she
married on July 29, 2000; her children, Alex Beam of Greenville, Andrew
Beam of Union City, Ohio, and Bree-Anna Beam of Union City, Ohio; her
stepchildren, Nona Hofacker of Greenville, Christopher Gordon of
Bridgeport, Ohio, and Dustin Mullins of Winchester, Indiana; her
siblings and their spouses, David and Acie Griffin of Greenville, Nick
and Tosha Griffin of Nanakuli, Hawaii, and Jean-Nette Griffin of
Celina. She also leaves behind her step siblings and their spouses,
Mike and Christy Griffin of Richmond, Indiana, Eric and Rebecca Griffin
of New Castle, Indiana, Ian and Kimberly Supinger of Piqua, Mandy and
Shane Hinkle of Piqua, Tracy Bashore of Ansonia, Anita Best of Ansonia,
and Janie Crest of Versailles; her grandfather, Howard Griffin of
Rushville, Indiana, and countless nieces, nephews and friends.
