Juanita Elizabeth
Rhoades
Juanita Elizabeth Rhoades, age 88 of Greenville, Ohio passed away at
7:28 PM Sunday March 25, 2018 at the Rest Haven Nursing Home of
Greenville. Juanita was born May 29, 1929 in Greenville and the
daughter of the late Glenn and Ada (Nevel) Dunn.
She retired in 1994 from Corning Glass of Greenville where she had been
employed for 13 years and was a care giver for both her parents in
their later years until they passed away. Juanita was a
1947 graduate of Greenville High School and loved flowers, gardening,
all wildlife and trees.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband
Chalmer Wayne Rhoades March 2, 1967. They were married June 5,
1948. Also her sister Pauline McCullough.
Juanita is survived by her children, Linda (Gene) Grilliot, Kent
Rhoades and Randy (Marcia) Rhoades all of Greenville; 3 grandchildren,
1 step grandchild 3 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Private Graveside Services will be held at the convenience of the
family in the Oak Grove Cemetery Fort Jefferson, Ohio with Pastor Dale
Boeger officiating. There will be no visitation.
Arrangements by Zechar Bailey Funeral Home Greenville, Ohio.
It is the wishes of the family that Memorial Contributions be given to
Rest Haven Nursing Home Activities Fund or the State of the Heart
Hospice of Darke County.
