Marie Hoffman
Marie Hoffman, age 86, of Greenville and formerly of New York passed
away at 4:50 AM on Thursday, March 22, 2018, at Brookdale of Greenville.
Marie was born October 1, 1931, in Queens, New York to the late Carmine
& Mary (Veltri) Fuoco. In addition to her parents, Marie was also
preceded in death by her husband, Allan Hoffman.
Marie is survived by her children, Jeffery & Maria Hoffman of New
York, Cathy Marie Hickis of Atlanta, Georgia and Steven & Florence
Hoffman of Greenville; grandchildren, Michael Hoffman, Mathew Hoffman,
Jason Hoffman, Justin Hoffman and Jessica Miller; 9
great-grandchildren; and sisters, Jean Bozsnyak of New York and
Lorraine Fuoco of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
A celebration of Marie’s life will be held in Flushing, New York at a
later date. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children’s
Research Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or the
Alzheimer’s Association Miami Valley Chapter 31 West Whipp Rd Dayton,
OH 45459. Arrangements are under the direction of Zechar Bailey Funeral
Home in Greenville.
