Joyce E. Hoffman
Joyce E. Hoffman age 76, of Greenville passed away at 7:50 AM on
Wednesday, April 24, 2019, at her residence.
Joyce was born April 8, 1943, in Greenville to the late Rolland &
Ida Marie (Peters) Deubner. In addition to her parents, Joyce was also
preceded in death by her husband, Richard R. “Butch” Hoffman on
December 4, 2016, whom she married July 31, 1965.
Joyce is survived by a son, Brad Hoffman & fiancée, Elizabeth
Jordan of Greenville; daughter, Nicole Hoffman of Greenville; grandson,
Braxton Hoffman; brother & sister-in-law, Alan & Laurie Deubner
of Covington; brother-in-law & sister-in-law, Scott & Doris
Hoffman of Gettysburg; sister-in-law & brother-in-law, Diana &
Tim Cook of St. Henry; best friend, Lady; and numerous nieces and
nephews.
Joyce was a homemaker. She formerly worked at Fram in Greenville and
Copeland Corporation in Sidney.
A celebration of Joyce’s life will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, April
28, 2019 at Zechar Bailey Funeral Home in Greenville with Pastor John
Sgro officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 2:00
to 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
