Life
with Levi
Meet
Levi… And Levi’s Mommy
By Amanda Rodeheffer-Olson
Welcome
to life with Levi! It’s been a while
since many of you have heard from me (yes, I’m the Amanda Rodeheffer
from the
Advocate) and a lot has happened since then.
Obviously,
I am now married, and I have a
little boy named Levi. He’s a year and a half (19 months to be exact)
and he
keeps Mommy and Daddy on our toes! He is Levi when he’s good, Levi
Gideon when
he’s pushing Mommy’s buttons, and just Gideon when he’s really in
trouble.
The
three of us live in Ansonia, where I was
born and raised. We live less than a mile from my parents and less than
a block
from my grandparents, so needless to say, Levi is a spoiled little boy!
Life
at our house is never dull… Levi is always
getting into something, doing something he shouldn’t be, or just being
a boy in
general. Daddy sometimes assists in Levi’s mischief, and other times,
just
encourages it with his laughter. And I’ll admit, I’ve been known to
encourage
him too!
Hopefully
you will enjoy reading about Levi’s
adventures, and misadventures in growing up. You might even get a
glimpse at
life through his eyes. Either way, it should be a wild ride!
Whether
you have little ones of your own, or
just remember the days when your children were little, there should be
something for parents of all ages to enjoy.
Look
for my first official Life with Levi
column on Christmas Day!
