Mend with
strong reason

Once again Senior Scribe Poet Laureate Lois Wilson is on top of the
season with her insightful look at the important events of the day.
In this case, she wraps up the season: the political season.
Once again it’s politics. Once again it’s a Hillary “Faux Pas.” Wilson
offers her take on the candidate’s latest Oops… The media loved it and
played with it. But the pundits were quick to say, “Go after the
candidates, not their supporters.”
Wilson's completed set has a new edition – now six volumes – of
published poetry. Volume 1 is out of print and no longer available,
however Volumes 2-6 are available and are offered as a fundraiser for
the Darke County Scholarship Fund. Enjoy great poetry and help a local

When their predictions proved not so wise.
Were
they hypnotized?
Perhaps Clintonized?
For
this Trump on a blog
Was
no bump on a log.
Shake off the campaign;
End our long, survivor season—
Break out the champagne!
Mend with strong, reviver reason.
To lead our land to greatness is your aim.
Succeed and each one of us wins the game.
