anywhere else." - Marvin Gaye
Dear Optimist, Pessimist, and Realist: While you were arguing about the

Ray and Bob, two government maintenance guys, were standing at the base
of a flagpole. A woman walked over and asked what they were doing.
"We're supposed to find the height of the flagpole," said Bob. "But we
don't have a ladder." The woman said, "Hand me that wrench out of your
toolbox." She loosened a few bolts and then laid the flagpole down. She
then took a tape measure from their toolbox , took measurements and
announced, "Eighteen feet, six inches" and walked away. Ray shook his
head and laughed. "Well, ain't that just like a "Miss-know-it-all"
woman?" he asked. "We need height and she gives us length." Ray and Bob
are still working for the government. But now they're congressmen. -

When people are intimidated by your strength and happiness, they'll try
to tear you down, and break your spirit. Remember, it's a reflection of
their weakness, and not a reflection of you. - Peace, Love, and

"A free people ought not only be armed and disciplined, but they should
have sufficient arms and ammunition to maintain a state of independence
from any who might attempt to abuse them. Which would include their own
government." - George Washington (Notice the word "disciplined")
As far as I can see, grief will never truly end. It may become softer
over time, more gentle, and some days will feel sharp. But, grief will
last as long as love does..forever. It's simply the way the absence of
your loved one manifests in your heart. A deep longing accompanied by
the deepest love. Some days the heavy fog may return, and the next day,
it may recede once again. It's all an ebb and flow, a constant dance of
sorrow, joy, pain, and sweet love. - Scribbles and Crumbs
Dance before the music is over. Live before your life is over. - Hippie
