Greetings, Gals!! I've been hearing some of us gals say they're looking
in the mirror and wondering if they'll ever get back to their high
school weight. Some of us are sighing and saying they'll be happy to
get within 20 pounds of their high school weight. And others say they
just don't care. I'm within 7 pounds of my high school weight. I did it
just to see if I could keep up with a "food routine" - which sounded
better than "a diet" - which meant cutting some things completely out
