Puzzle Pete Says It’s OK, First and Last

This puzzle has two parts. Part I has words that begin and end with the
letter “O.” The words in Part II begin and end with the letter “K.”
They have been placed in the answers for you. Each dash stands for a
missing letter. Solve it and Pete says you’ll end up at the OK corral.
