Lady Wave season ready for GWOC schedule
Lady Wave Softball…
GREENVILLE- With the 2012 softball season ready to get underway, the
Lady Wave will be ready to get things cranked up.
Since winning the D-II state title, head coach Jerrod Newland has come
close to glory only to fall short since then.
With 27 games on the schedule, the Lady Wave will get things going at
Stebbins Field on March 21 at 4:30 with Northmont, followed by a
scheduled double header with the Wayne Warriors and Milton Union on
March 24 at noon.
Of the 27 games scheduled, 19 will be home games at Stebbins Field
located on St. Rt. 49 North of Greenville.
The team will be in Urbana on March 26 but back in Greenville for 5
p.m. games with Meadowdale on March 27 and Fairborn on March 28.
