Lady Trojans thump Bethel
ARCANUM- It was a dominating performance by the Arcanum Lady Trojans
Thursday as Arcanum steam-rolled Bethel 50-12 in Cross County
Conference play.
Led by freshman Alexis Abner with 16 and junior Abby O'Donnell with 12,
the Trojans were never threatened, holding the buzzless Bees to a mere
three points, 33-3, at the break.
The victory was the third in a row for the Trojans. Arcanum will be
idle until Thursday when the Trojans play at Covington.
In other games played Thursday night, the Versailles Lady Tigers
traveled to Coldwater to take on the Cavaiers in The Palace.
It was a rough go for Versailles but the Tigers prevailed, 29-24 in
what was the lowest scoring output of the season for the Tigers in a
huge MAC clash.
Also, Bradford topped Ansonia, 53- 28 in a CCC contest.
