Cincinnati Bengals
Bengals unsure about Green-Ellis

The biggest concern for the Bengals is the status of running back BenJarvus Green-Ellis. He injured his hamstring during pre-game warm-ups and didn't play in the regular-season finale against Baltimore.

"I don’t know how severe he is," coach Marvin Lewis said after the game. "He just didn’t feel right in warm-ups today, so we held him out. He didn’t feel right, he was a little tight, and so we held him out of things.”

Green-Ellis missed practice time this week with an illness and was considered probable. The Bengals didn't get much out of their running game without Green-Ellis. Cincinnati managed 47 yards on 21 carries, a 2.2-yard average. Brian Leonard was the leading rusher with 34 yards. His longest run was 9 yards.

The Bengals have leaned on Green-Ellis in their turnaround in the second half of the season. He has gained over 100 yards in four of his past six games.
