Three
states represented in Annie Oakley
Tournament
GREENVILLE
- Forty-two teams from Ohio,
Indiana and Illinois flocked to the annual Annie Oakley baseball
tournament
held at Sater Diamonds.
The
tournament started Thursday and
concluded Sunday as four age divisions played for
championships.
In
the 8U Gold Division, the Southern Ohio
Sting won the title with Bradford coming in fourth, while the Indiana
Bandits
won it all in the Silver Division of the age group.
In
the 10U age group, Northmont won the gold
Division with Tri-County topping the competition in the Silver Division.
In
the Gold Division of the 10U age group,
Greenville finished fourth overall.
The
12U group watched the team from Tri-County
crowned champion with the Snap Fitness team winning the 14U title.
