Lady Wave golf team finishes season with 8
and 6 record
The 2013 ladies golf team ends their season on October 2 with a 4
stroke loss to Beavercreek, 200 to 204 to fall to 8 wins and 6 losses.
For the season, the five young ladies participated in 14 matches of 9
holes, 2 invitational tournaments of 18 holes, 2 GWOC tournaments of 18
holes and the 18-hole sectional tournament. The Lady Wave failed to
qualify as a team for the October 10 district tournament at Weatherwax
Golf Course, but Jenelle Agne did qualify as an individual player. All
in all, it was a very busy season for the team.
Coach Tracy Haines was pleased and proud with the play of the young
ladies. She felt all of the players improved throughout the season.
